Job summary

ntt Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise observability and monitoring initiatives.

You will drive Dynatrace implementations, onboard teams, and champion observability across multiple technology domains. Responsibilities include coordinating ServiceNow ITSM, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping integrations, establishing governance with KPIs and dashboards, and guiding vendors and regional stakeholders through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, business or related field
• 8+ years IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management
• Proven experience delivering enterprise monitoring, observability, infrastructure, cloud, or IT operations projects
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, or enterprise monitoring platforms
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, Incident Management, Event Management, Service Reliability, and Governance
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
