Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Professional Services Architect to drive architectural integrity and delivery viability of complex engagements. The role blends architecture, consulting, and implementation leadership to design scalable, observable, and commercially viable solutions across enterprise, cloud, and cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of enterprise technology consulting and architecture experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of modern application architectures, including microservices and containers.
• Strong telemetry and observability background with OpenTelemetry, OTLP, logs and metrics.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, decision records, and technical docs.
• Certifications across cloud, observability, automation, or IT operations are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and architecture workshops to define objectives and success criteria.
• Design and govern scalable Dynatrace solutions and deployment architectures across environments.
• Own architectural quality and delivery readiness, ensuring solutions are scalable and viable.
• Define implementation strategies, governance models, and transition plans for platform adoption.
• Advise on observability strategies and Dynatrace capabilities to improve outcomes.
• Architect integrations between Dynatrace and enterprise platforms including cloud services and ITSM.
• Provide architectural leadership for RFPs and proposals with scope, estimates, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to address requirements and escalations.
• Mentor consultants and partners, sharing best practices and reusable assets.
• Maintain expertise in modern observability, automation, and security to guide customers.
