Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Manager in the Digital Identify Division to lead DX project implementations from contract award to system hand-over.

You will coordinate an implementation team of developers with varied skills, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with quality governance. The role requires 5+ years of project management experience in IT, familiarity with Waterfall and Agile, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience as project manager or technical project manager.
• Experience in Waterfall/agile delivery methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience delivering multi-platform IT projects (Cloud, On-Prem, SaaS).
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with diverse project teams.
• Able to present to Steering Committees and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders to set right expectations throughout the project.
• Plan and coordinate implementation strategies to meet milestones such as delivery, tests and payment milestones.
• Develop Project Management Plans including risk management plans.
• Lead and manage project team members, subcontractors and vendors including RFX management and negotiations.
• Oversee project delivery on schedule and within budget while meeting requirements.
• Organise and attend project meetings; keep teams informed on progress, actions and deadlines.
• Anticipate and resolve issues, risks, dependencies and impediments.
• Report project progress accurately to stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure delivery with quality through testing and governance per standards and contracts.
