Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise observability and monitoring transformation across the organization in Singapore. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of observability and monitoring transformation projects.
• Manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
• Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology and business teams.
• Provide project dashboards, status reports and executive updates.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business, operational and regulatory requirements.
• Drive implementation and adoption of enterprise observability capabilities using Dynatrace and other monitoring solutions.
• Establish observability standards, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate monitoring onboarding across applications, infrastructure, cloud, databases, middleware and network environments.
• Ensure adequate monitoring coverage, service visibility and operational readiness.

• Manage initiatives integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow ITSM, Event Management, CMDB and Service Mapping.
• Coordinate automated incident management and event correlation capabilities.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Observability & Monitoring Transformation to lead enterprise-wide observability and monitoring initiatives, with a strong focus on the implementation and adoption of Dynatrace SaaS and its integration with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.

The role will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional technology teams, manage delivery milestones, risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment across business, technology and operations.

The candidate will work closely with Infrastructure, Application, Network, Security, Cloud, Service Management, Architecture and vendor teams to establish a unified observability framework that improves operational visibility, incident resolution, governance and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities
