Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution within the civil engineering and construction sector. You will coordinate design, procurement and construction teams to deliver milestones on time and within budget, using BIM, dashboards and data-driven tools to monitor progress and risk.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of project management experience within the construction or built environment
  • Experience in project and contract management, risk management and data-driven project delivery
  • Good understanding of Green Building Standards and sustainability compliance
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong numerical, communication and attention-to-detail capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables
  • Coordinate across design, procurement and construction teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, costs, risks and performance using BIM, digital dashboards and data-driven tools
  • Identify and mitigate project risks relating to cost, schedule, quality and compliance
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships through regular progress updates, milestone reviews and issue resolution
  • Ensure projects meet quality, sustainability and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, contract performance, costs and payments
  • Manage project handover, documentation and Defects Liability Period (DLP) requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, performance analysis and implementation of best practices
  • Lead, mentor and develop project team members through coaching and performance management
