Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee project coordination, monitor programmes and deliver projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires leading project teams, preparing updates, and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in building construction or project management.
• Experience within a construction consultancy, contractor or related project environment.
• Strong understanding of construction project coordination and delivery.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project interfaces.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and contract procedures will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong team player with good stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day management and delivery of building construction projects.
• Monitor project programmes, milestones and overall progress against agreed plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant project stakeholders to resolve project matters.
• Review project submissions, technical documentation, drawings, samples and method statements.
• Follow up on authority submissions, approvals and project-related requirements.
• Organise and participate in project meetings, briefings and progress reviews.
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential delays or issues requiring attention.
• Support project cost monitoring and coordination with Quantity Surveying teams.
• Prepare project updates, reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project activities are properly coordinated and documented throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and coordinate multiple parties effectively.
