Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to oversee islandwide site activities, with office at Ubi. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and safety compliance, and entails coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years of construction experience, and proficiency in CAD and Revit BIM. Workers may need to travel to sites and rooftops as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to read 2D/3D CAD and Revit BIM drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work six days per week at sites and factory premises if required.
• Able to access construction sites and rooftops when needed.
• Possess a Class 2/3 driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and provide timely project updates to management.
• Lead project teams, site supervisors, workers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to prevent shortages and delays.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Control manpower and project costs for efficient resource use.
• Attend or chair project and site meetings.
• Identify risks and implement contingency measures.
• Oversee quality inspections and workplace safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records.
• Document changes to drawings and work scopes.
• Maintain site records per ISO requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working Location: Islandwide (office at Ubi)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus+ Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and provide timely project updates to management.
• Lead project teams, site supervisors, workers, contractors, and suppliers.
