Job summary

CHEE YAM CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. You will oversee execution, manage stakeholders, ensure safety and quality, and deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of local regulations and MS Office/PM software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Familiarity with local authorities' requirements and construction regulations is an advantage.
• Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) will be given priority.
