Job summary

NHL HOLDING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Project Manager (Construction) to oversee and coordinate all stages of construction projects from start to finish in Singapore.

The role is full-time and office-based at project sites, requiring hands-on leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include developing plans, managing budgets, coordinating with architects, engineers and subcontractors, and enforcing safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven PM experience in construction.
• Strong ability to plan, budget, and schedule projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Proficient with Primavera or MS Project and related PM tools.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Manager (Construction). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, office-based role, located in one of the project site in Singapore.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to execute projects effectively
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks in a timely manner
• Ensure projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities to address concerns and manage expectations
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
