Salary: $6500 to $8,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Assemble and lead a project team, assigning tasks, providing direction, and motivating members.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks that could impact project success.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Liaise and hold meetings with clients and sub-contractors to ensure all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, including sub-contractors, vendors, team members, and upper management.
  • Ensure projects deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Address issues and challenges that may arise during the project, finding effective solutions.
  • Handle changes in project scope or objectives, assessing the impact on the project.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Allocate time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/MD.
