Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager who is proactive with a deep understanding of construction, project management and methodologies for landed housing and commercial/ industrial buildings.

The Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is completed timely, good quality, cost efficient and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Construction Schedule (Microsoft Project).
• Review shop drawings, RFI, Material Submission, Design Co-ordination.
• Develop 2 weeks project look ahead planning.
• Lead the team and subcontractors to execute works and drive project progress.
• Manage materials submissions and trade procurement to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Liaise with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor.
• Quality control & Site Safety
• Manage project budgets and exercise cost control measures.
