Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver projects that blend design, storytelling, and innovation.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into impactful creative outcomes.
- Drive opportunities by building new client relationships and exploring untapped markets.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and logistics while keeping creativity at the forefront.
- Elevate studio practices by embracing new technologies and sharing insights with peers.
- Ensure every project leaves behind a legacy of strong documentation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience managing creative, spatial, or experiential projects (agency or consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong track record in leading cross‑functional teams and delivering projects from concept through execution.
- Excellent client‑facing and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial and operational requirements.
- Skilled in budget management, scheduling, and supplier coordination.
- Comfortable preparing and delivering proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and openness to adopting new technologies (AI applications, digital workflows).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving studio environment.
