Job summary

A sustainable interior design studio in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of HDB guidelines, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

SQUARISH! is a sustainable-focused interior design and architecture studio. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver residential and commercial renovation projects with precision, care, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Conduct site inspections, manage defects, track progress, and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations throughout the project.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction/Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing renovation or A&A projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of HDB guidelines, BCA regulations, SCDF and WSH requirements.
• Ability to read drawings, manage schedules, and handle variation orders and cost control.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Passion for sustainability and high-quality workmanship.
