Job summary

JAC Recruitment Consultant is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a 6‑month agency contract in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering technology and digital transformation projects within Corporate Banking, requiring strong stakeholder management and governance skills.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field, fluent Mandarin, and at least 7 years of banking/financial PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization.
• Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.

• At least 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial environment.

• Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-related projects.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.

• Fluent in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.

• Corporate Banking Domain such as:

  • CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
  • Loans and Lending Products
  • Treasury / Market Products
  • Accounting and General Ledger
  • Payments and Cash Management

• Regulatory Reporting, including:

  • MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
