Job summary

InfoGain Solutions Pte. Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across banking and wealth management initiatives.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure value realization for complex programs. The role requires 9–12 years of PM experience in financial services, strong executive communication, and the ability to navigate multi-unit programs.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of project management experience in financial services
• Experience with large-scale programs for private banks (or equivalent)
• PMI PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver projects spanning multiple business units within stage gate controls
• Own the full project life cycle end to end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Verify project deliverables meet quality, time, and cost goals
• Coordinate with technology, operations and business stakeholders
• Provide status reporting on milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Manage day-to-day project activities including governance and steering committees

Key Responsibilities

Job Objectives

The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver projects spanning multiple business units. Delivering projects within stage gate controls and project SDLC guidelines while managing issues, risks, dependencies and project change will be core competencies to the role.

The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified boundaries of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

Stakeholder and Communications Management

• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
• Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders

Process and Delivery Execution

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Own the full project life cycle end to end
• Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives
• Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

Key Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Experienced project manager with product and operational expertise in banking and investments, preferably Wealth Management
• Sound knowledge in Wealth operational process, investment products domain and services.
• Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Prior experience with large scale programs for private banks (or equivalent) is required
• A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem solving ability
• Demonstrated at least 9 - 12 years of experience in project management with the focus on financial services
• Able to clearly articulates complex matters and provide recommendations on best course of action to be taken
• Full end to end project management in a lead role
• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
