Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a 6-month agency contract role in Singapore.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, define scope and timelines, and coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. You will drive governance, budgeting, and regulatory reporting, including MAS requirements, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial environment.
• Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
• Corporate Banking Domain such as CASA, Loans and Lending Products, Treasury / Market Products, Accounting and General Ledger, Payments and Cash Management, Regulatory Reporting, MAS reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization.
• Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains
