Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across Technology, Digital transformation, and Corporate Banking projects. You will define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, risk management, and reporting capabilities, plus familiarity with MAS and JFSA regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven delivery experience in Technology, Digital transformation, and Corporate Banking projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services, with knowledge of CASA, loans and lending products, treasury and market products, accounting and general ledger, payments and cash management, and regulatory reporting requirements, including MAS and JFSA.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
