Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives within Corporate Banking.

You will define scope, manage budgets and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, a degree in IT/CS/Business, and strong leadership; familiarity with MAS/JFSA regulatory reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience delivering technology, digital transformation and corporate banking projects.
• Japanese proficiency required for regular communication with Japanese-speaking users and stakeholders.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of CASA, loans, treasury, payments and MAS/JFSA regulatory reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Project or Program management.
• Proven experience delivering Technology, Digital transformation, and Corporate Banking projects.
• Proficiency in Japanese is required for this role, as it involves regular communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking users and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services, with knowledge of CASA, loans and lending products, treasury and markets products, accounting and general ledger, payments and cash management, and regulatory reporting requirements, including those of MAS and JFSA.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
