Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives within Corporate Banking. You will define scope, milestones, budgets, and governance, and coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and vendors to ensure delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in PM/Program Management, a strong banking or financial services background, and proven leadership in multi-team environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Track and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, management updates, and steering committee materials.
• Collaborate closely with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, budget, quality, and governance standards.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, project financials, budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.
• Drive technology implementation, transformation, and process improvement initiatives across Corporate Banking functions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, preferably within banking or financial services.

• Proven track record of delivering technology, digital transformation, and Corporate Banking projects.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

• Solid understanding of project governance, financial management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.

• Hands-on experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders within a fast-paced banking environment.

Preferred Skills & Domain Experience

• Experience working within Corporate Banking or Financial Services environments.

• Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products and processes, including:

  • CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)

  • Loans and Lending Products

  • Treasury and Markets Products

  • Accounting and General Ledger

  • Payments and Cash Management

  • Regulatory Reporting

• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, including: MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) reporting requirements

• Ability to work effectively across Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives in a dynamic environment.
