JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a 6-month agency contract in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering technology and banking projects, with emphasis on governance, budgets, risks, and cybersecurity coordination.
You will engage stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity to ensure on-time delivery within regulatory requirements.

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable)
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and banking projects from initiation to implementation.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and success criteria.
Manage project governance, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
Drive stakeholder engagement across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams.
Facilitate project workshops, steering committees, and status reviews.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate cybersecurity-related workstreams and collaborate with security SMEs to manage risks and remediation activities.
Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization to achieve project objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
At least 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial services knowledge.
Proven track record delivering technology, digital transformation, or regulatory-driven projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and governance skills.
Experience in project budgeting, risk management, reporting, and vendor management.
Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and managing regulatory, compliance, or cybersecurity-related initiatives.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security controls.
Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as IAM, PAM, SOC, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management is good to have.
Exposure to platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, or similar enterprise security solutions is good to have.
