Job summary

Maestro HR in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to support the financial operations of the business unit. You will monitor receivables, manage invoicing, track project financial performance, and ensure timely reporting of costs, budgets, and profitability.

You will work closely with project managers and division managers to maintain strong financial governance and healthy cash flow, ensuring accurate monthly closings and finance reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, project finance, or financial administration.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Good understanding of project financial management including budgets, committed costs, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on ageing receivables.
• Track and report on project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Monitor project profitability and highlight budget variances or risks.
• Support monthly financial closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist project managers in budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare regular finance reports on revenue, receivables, and margins.
• Liaise with stakeholders, customers, and vendors on invoicing and payments.
