Responsibilities include processing invoices and receipts, preparing online payments, and generating periodic financial statements and reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Invoice and receipt processing with accurate coding and compliance.
• Prepare bi-weekly online payments, GIRO proposals and ad-hoc payments.
• Produce weekly Statements of Account, monthly proforma revenue comparisons, exchange rate/expense reports.
• Handle fixed asset accounting (capitalisation, transfers, disposals, depreciation), salary-related and FRS journals, month-end closing, bank reconciliations.
• Ensure proper e-filing and sequential document retention, and perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
