Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Finance Analyst to oversee project finances, monitor AR, track costs, and support monthly closes. You will work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing, accurate budgeting, and clear financial reporting.

The role requires a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, project finance, or financial administration.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, including budgets, committed costs, and profitability (EBIT/EBITX).
• Analytical, organized, and proactive with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to follow up on receivables.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding AR and follow up on ageing receivables with project managers and account owners.
• Track and report project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Monitor project profitability, including EBIT/EBITX, and highlight budget variances or risks.
• Support monthly closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist project managers in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare regular finance reports on revenue, receivables, project margins, committed costs, and budget utilization.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors on invoicing, payment status, and financial matters.
• Support ad-hoc finance, budgeting, and business administration activities as assigned.
