Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a precise finance professional to handle day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

You will process transactions in the ERP, support month-end close, reconcile banks and vendor invoices, assist audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, cash management and financial reporting.
• Process financial transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, receipts and financial records.
• Process vendor invoices and handle finance-related enquiries.
• Prepare audit schedules and financial reconciliations.
• Support GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
• Assist with audits, fixed asset verification and inventory stock counts when required.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters.
• Support finance automation tools and online platforms for invoice processing and system integration.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
