Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Administrator to support financial operations for project-based activities. You will monitor receivables, manage invoicing, track project costs and profitability, and ensure timely reporting of costs, budgets and margins.

You will collaborate with project managers and division managers to maintain strong governance and healthy cash flow, handling monthly closings and ad-hoc finance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, project finance or financial administration.
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, budgeting and cost monitoring.
• Strong understanding of project financial management including budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on ageing receivables.
• Track and report on project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Monitor project profitability and highlight budget variances or risks.
• Support monthly financial closing activities including accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist project managers in budget tracking, forecasting and cost control.
• Prepare regular finance reports on revenue, receivables, margins and budgets.
• Liaise with stakeholders, customers and vendors on invoicing and payments.
• Support ad-hoc finance, budgeting and business administration tasks.
