Job summary

Communique Live Asia is seeking an organised Events Coordinator in Singapore to support smooth execution of meetings, conferences and hybrid events. You will work with a team to translate client briefs into deliverables and help manage timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate has 1 year agency experience, is curious, resilient, and proficient in Excel. We deliver physical, virtual, and hybrid formats for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant agency experience.
• Curious with keen interest in MICE industry.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Works well in a team and has strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events.
• Ideating and conceptualising events based on client brief.
• Stakeholder management.
• Preparation, coordination and dissemination of reports and presentation materials.
• Assisting in management of project timeline and budget.
• Conduct post-event evaluation, data entry and analysis, and produce reports for stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events
• Ideating and conceptualising events based on client's brief
• Stakeholder management
• Preparation, co-ordination and dissemination of various periodic reports and presentation materials
• Assisting in management of project timeline and budget
• Conduct post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)

Who we are looking for

• Curious and have a keen interest in the MICE industry
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
