Job summary

Communique Live Asia is seeking an experienced Events Lead to guide a team of event executives and coordinators, delivering seamless experiences across live, virtual and hybrid formats. You will research trends, conceptualise concepts from client briefs, manage stakeholders and oversee end-to-end delivery.

The role requires leadership, resilience under pressure, and strong Excel skills for budgeting and reporting.

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant agency experience
• Has the desire to lead and develop a team
• Curious and have a keen interest in the MICE industry
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Effective communicator and good interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Adaptable and independent
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
