Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an events coordinator to manage exhibition projects from production through installation and dismantling. You will collaborate with carpentry, fabrication, AV, and other teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery, including liaising with clients and venues on on-site requirements.

The role requires 2 years in event production or related fields, with Mandarin communication as a potential advantage.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in event production, exhibition fabrication, fit-out or related industries.
• Hands-on knowledge of carpentry, fabrication, large-format printing or event structures will be an advantage.
• The ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event and exhibition projects from production through installation and dismantling.
• Coordinate production activities and liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with carpentry, printing, painting, fabrication, AV, lighting and other production teams.
• Review technical drawings, check measurements and conduct site inspections where required.
• Liaise with clients, venues, organisers and relevant parties on site requirements, access arrangements, permits and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, production progress and costs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Supervise on-site installation and dismantling works, ensuring quality, safety and project requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve production or site issues promptly to minimise project delays.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with relevant safety requirements and site regulations.
• Support overall project coordination and ensure projects are completed according to client expectations.
