Job summary

TCT PRODUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Director to manage the production and delivery of event and exhibition projects. You will lead fabrication activities, coordinate with designers and suppliers, and ensure on-time handover while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires extensive fabrication workshop experience and strong leadership to supervise carpentry, metalwork, structures and finishing works. Mandarin communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in events or exhibition fabrication, interior fit-out or related industries.
• Strong fabrication workshop and production management experience.
• Familiar with common fabrication materials and production processes used in event builds.
• Able to manage subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams.
• Able to communicate and work in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills.
