in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager responsible for delivering projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring resources are used efficiently and costs stay within budget and schedule. You will coordinate with clients, building management, consultants, and site teams, conduct regular site meetings, monitor progress, and ensure work complies with contractual, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in construction or ID (Commercial/Retail).
• Strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills; ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation from start to finish within budget and schedule.
• Liaise with clients, building management, consultants, project team, site staff and contractors to monitor progress.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to ensure quality, contractual compliance and on-schedule progress.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental practices are followed by all workers.
• Plan and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

• Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
• Liaise with Clients, Building Management, Consultants, Project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress update and monitoring of quality, contractual requirements and ensure their works are within the schedule.
• Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meets clients & regulatory requirements as well as environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
• Planning of project schedule
• Other adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Min. Diploma
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, preferably in construction, or ID (Commercial/Retail) industry
• Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, and ability to understand construction drawings.
• Able to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Self- motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• BCSS Cert will be advantage

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM, Saturday, 9.00AM – 1.00PM
