Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with main contractor, HDB projects, or tendering is an advantage.
• Experience in project management and working with contractors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D software, and basic electrical and mechanical works is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and manage tender documents.
• Manage and monitor project costs to stay within budget.
• Identify, monitor, and reduce project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contract matters.
• Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
• Review and negotiate with contractors on pricing and cost-saving options, from initial estimates to final approval.
• Prepare detailed work schedules for the site team to support timely project completion.
• Manage project administration and documentation.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and other relevant parties.

• Position Title: Project Management Executive
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm); Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role
