People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Executive (Sports) to oversee deployment operations across multiple facilities and deliver quality services. Based in Bedok, this full-time role requires managing day-to-day operations, workforce planning, stakeholder relationships, and reporting while ensuring safety and contractual compliance.

You will travel to multiple sites and standby for after-hours needs as required.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, deployment management, or service delivery.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and large workforces preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce scheduling systems.
• Able to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Salary: Up to $3,600/month

We are seeking a Project Executive to oversee deployment operations across multiple sports facilities and delivering of quality services across various sites.

Job Scope

• Manage day-to-day contract operations and client relationships
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and operational deployment
• Attend to operational enquiries and stakeholder requests promptly
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor service KPIs, operational performance, and quality standards
• Drive operational improvements and service excellence initiatives

• Be on standby for operational needs when required
