Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site operations supervisor to oversee daily operations across projects at a Bendemeer-area location in Singapore. The role focuses on quality control, scheduling enforcement, and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, designers, workers and sub-contractors, maintaining strong working relationships to ensure project milestones are met and standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
• Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholder including clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
• Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisation.

Job description

Working days & time: Mon - Fri, 10am - 6:30pm

Location: Nearby Bendemeer MRT

Salary: $3000 - $4000

Job scope:
