The role oversees manpower operations across multiple sports facilities and supports service delivery at various sites, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements. You will manage rosters, staffing deployment, and day-to-day operations while tracking KPIs and driving service excellence.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, manpower management, or service delivery
• Experience managing multi-site operations and large workforces preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce scheduling systems
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexible and willing to support operational requirements outside of regular hours when necessary

We are seeking a dynamic Project Executive to oversee manpower operations across multiple sports facilities and support the delivery of quality services across various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations and client relationships

• Attend to operational enquiries and stakeholder requests promptly
