Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking engineering graduates to support Building Management System (BMS), ELV and security projects. You will assist with budgets, schedules, and documentation while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role involves site meetings, FAT/T&C coordination, and ensuring ISO and WSH compliance across projects. Relevant ELV knowledge is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Knowledge in DDC, PLC, HVAC, Card Access, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM and ELV systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing project handover budgets to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with ISO standards.
• Support project management activities, including: preparing and monitoring project schedules; managing documentation and drawings; sourcing materials within budget; preparing variation quotations; reviewing system designs with engineers.
• Monitor site progress, address delays, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Assist in preparing progress claims and supporting documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely FAT, testing & commissioning, training, and handover.
• Prepare and submit weekly installation and T&C progress reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in reviewing project handover budgets to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
2. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with ISO standards.
3. Support project management activities, including:
   • Preparing and monitoring project schedules.
   • Managing project documentation and drawings.
   • Sourcing materials and raising purchase requests within budget.
   • Preparing variation quotations for management approval.
   • Reviewing system implementation designs with the engineering team.
4. Monitor site progress, address delays, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
5. Assist in preparing progress claims and supporting documentation.
6. Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in engineering studies.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
