Job summary

Quantum Automation Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to manage daily site matters, track schedules, and ensure works are executed as planned. You will review project reports for submissions and invoices, coordinate with the team, and handle breakdowns from clients.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and at least 1 year of experience, with preference for BMS/FM/ELV exposure. Flexible work arrangement and attractive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Project Engineer.
• Experience in BMS/FM/ELV is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project site daily matters and follow closely the project schedule and ensure the site work are executed as planned.
• Review and check the Project related reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purposes of submission or invoicing for completed works or any following up actions if required
• Carry out tasks assigned from team leader/Project manager for any breakdown / calls from client.
• Monitor and follow up on procurement of parts and perform price negotiation to meet the budget.
• Coordinate with engineer/technician/subcontracts for day to day work and follow proper work processes (Training/T&C/A&A/Application related work).
• Ensure workmanship and quality for all equipment installed at site and coordinate with team members until project handover.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
