Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking candidates for multiple vacancies in building management and ELV/security systems.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Senior candidates with 5+ years may be considered for an Assistant Project Manager position. Responsibilities include budget reviews, coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring ISO compliance, and supporting documentation, FAT, T&C, and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in engineering studies required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Candidates with more than 5 years may be considered for Assistant PM role.
• Knowledge in DDC, PLC, HVAC, Card Access, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM and ELV, Structure Cabling, etc.

Responsibilities

• Review project handover budgets for compliance with policies, requirements and contracts.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and ISO standards.
• Support project management activities: schedules, docs, drawings, procurement, variation quotes, design reviews.
• Monitor site progress, address delays and ensure WSH compliance.
• Assist in preparing progress claims and supporting docs.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure FAT, testing and commissioning, training, and handover.
• Prepare and submit weekly installation and T&C progress reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in reviewing project handover budgets to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.

2. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with ISO standards.

3. Support project management activities, including:

   • Preparing and monitoring project schedules.

   • Managing project documentation and drawings.

   • Sourcing materials and raising purchase requests within budget.

   • Preparing variation quotations for management approval.

   • Reviewing system implementation designs with the engineering team.

4. Monitor site progress, address delays, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

5. Assist in preparing progress claims and supporting documentation.

6. Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

7. Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely completion of FAT, testing & commissioning (T&C), training, and project handover.

8. Prepare and submit weekly installation and T&C progress reports.

9. Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by management.
