Oversee and manage maintenance, servicing, and add-on works, including customer meetings, site coordination, work planning, and supervision.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring all planned works are completed within the required timelines and service standards.
Review and verify service reports to ensure accuracy and completeness for quotation preparation, invoicing, customer follow-up, and rectification works.
Coordinate and assign Engineers and Technicians to customer breakdown calls, ensuring timely response and effective resolution of service issues.
Monitor and follow up on spare parts and equipment procurement, ensuring parts are available to support maintenance and breakdown requirements.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Negotiate with suppliers and service providers on pricing and commercial terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.
Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels for spare parts, equipment, and other essential service materials.
Provide day-to-day technical and operational supervision to Engineers and Technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standards.
Work closely with customers to address service-related matters and follow up on outstanding payments and invoicing issues where required.
Forecast manpower requirements based on maintenance schedules, breakdown workload, and upcoming projects to ensure adequate resources are available.
Coordinate with Project Teams on project handover, system transition, and post-project maintenance requirements.
Identify training needs and organise technical and operational training to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of service personnel.
Ensure proper documentation and communication of service activities, work progress, and outstanding issues.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in service, maintenance, engineering, or facilities systems management.
Experience in one or more of the following areas will be an advantage:
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Security, Access Control & CCTV Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
