Job summary

PRIMUSTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to oversee ELV and BMS installations in commercial projects. You will assist and eventually lead in development, testing and network installation, coordinating with consultants, clients, contractors and vendors.

You will manage site activities, ensure on‑time completion with quality, safety and cost control, and supervise supervisors and technicians on field work, ensuring project documentation and submissions are compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering is required.
• 2 years’ experience in turnkey BMS/ELV projects in built environment.
• Experience in ELV project management for transportation projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in overseeing development, testing and network installation for BMS and ELV systems in commercial projects.
• Read, understand and review shop drawings and system designs from project specifications.
• Coordinate departmental activities and liaise with consultants, clients, contractors and vendors.
• Perform site management on installation works, inspections, testing, commissioning and materials submissions.
• Lead supervisors and technicians in field work.
• Ensure daily operations meet turnaround time, productivity and quality, while complying with EHS standards.
• Control project budget and ensure cost-effective execution across the project life cycle.
• Handle ad-hoc work as assigned.

• Able to read, understand and review shop drawings, system designs in project specifications.

• Perform site management on the installation works, inspections, testing, commissioning and materials submissions.
• Lead supervisors and technicians in field work.
• Ensure daily operation achieve the targetedturn-around time while achieving productivity and quality, at the same time meeting environmental, occupational health & safety standards.
• Ensure all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectivelyexecuted throughout the project life cycle.
• Control project budget.
• Any other ad-hoc work as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Electronic EngineeringExperience in ELV project management for transportation project.
• Experience in Industrial and process automation, and/or building ACMV systems for built environment projects.
• 2 years’ experience in turnkeyprojects for BMS and/or ELV systems in build environment sector.
