Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer (MEP) for our East Region.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and quality targets. The role involves close coordination with project teams and external partners. You will conduct site inspections, review technical drawings and specifications, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in MEP works for building/construction projects.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Experience in site coordination, subcontractor management, and project execution.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple project activities with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for assigned projects.
• Work with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Conduct site inspections, review technical information, and identify issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, calculations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to support smooth site execution and timely material delivery.
• Ensure works comply with codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support to clients and project stakeholders and respond to queries.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project budgets, and monitor expenditure.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspection, defect rectification, and handover activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
