Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to lead daily installation and construction activities at the project site.

You will monitor progress, coordinate with civil, structural, architectural teams and clients to resolve interface issues and ensure the work aligns with drawings and specifications. The role requires a degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of MEP construction and supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP construction and site supervision.
• Experience reading MEP drawings and coordinating with clients, consultants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily MEP installation and construction activities at site.
• Monitor site progress, manpower and material requirements to ensure works are completed according to project schedule.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural and other trades to resolve site interface issues.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors on site matters and technical issues.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure proper site execution.
• Supervise and coordinate piping installation works as part of the overall MEP scope.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on RFI/TQ, inspection requests and technical submissions.
• Coordinate testing, inspection, commissioning and handover activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant parties for timely resolution and rectification.
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings with the client, consultant and project team.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
• Ensure all site activities comply with project safety and quality requirements.

• Familiar with basic piping installation and coordination.
• Experience dealing with clients, consultants, subcontractors and vendors.
• Able to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in industrial, semiconductor, cleanroom or high-tech projects will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
