Job summary

YANKEY ENGINEERING SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable engineer to oversee MEP systems for diverse projects in Singapore. You will coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in a related field and willingness to travel domestically and overseas as needed, with focus on building services engineering and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in MEP construction or building services engineering will be an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake short- and long-term domestic and overseas travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of MEP systems for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within the required timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, analyze technical data, and identify potential issues and project risks.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and feasibility studies.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, systems, and practices.
