Job summary

AEGIS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced project engineer to oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of MEP systems on Singapore-based projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and quality standards.

You will conduct site inspections, review technical data, prepare design drawings and specifications, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensure compliance with codes and safety rules, and provide technical guidance to clients while tracking costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within the required timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, review technical data, and identify potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and feasibility studies to support project requirements.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Ensure all project works comply with relevant codes, standards, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing project-related technical queries and requirements.
• Prepare quotations and project cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and manage project expenditure.
