Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering professional to manage construction projects with minimal supervision, coordinate meetings with clients and consultants, and ensure adherence to safety procedures on site.

The role includes reporting progress, QA/QC follow-ups, cost-control support, and timely documentation. Candidates should have a degree/diploma in mechanical engineering with relevant experience; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with working experience.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, MS Project and able to read construction drawing.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project with minimal supervision.
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, project meetings and internal project closure meeting.
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; and implement risk control measures.
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner.
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation.
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers' duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner.
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel.
• Assists in cost control by reducing materials wastage, usage of tools and equipment, etc.
• Request and initiate orders of materials required for projects.
• Documentation on project progress and damage.
• Ensures proper project documentation including email communication.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Basic: $2,700 - $3,800

Working Hours: 5 Days Mon-Fri (830am to 530pm)

Location: Jalan Kilang Timor, Redhill (Office) / Current project -Jurong or Woodlands Area
