Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:

  • Assist in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards
  • Identify and resolve technical and site issues, escalating where necessary
  • Prepare project documentation including progress reports, site records, and meeting minutes
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
  • Support the Project Manager and senior engineers in achieving project goals

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognised by the PE Board
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in project/site engineering in A&A / New Build projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural works, construction methods, and regulations
  • Good project coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in project/site management tools and software
  • A team player with initiative and willingness to take responsibility
