Job summary

WANG FENG DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a capable Site Engineer to oversee construction activities. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, interpret drawings, and ensure compliance with the latest codes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge in Autocad; BIM software such as Revit; Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support including interpretation of construction drawings
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to latest BCA codes and regulations
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers
• Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their scope of works for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations
• Attend site meetings to assist Project Manager with preparatory works and coordination with consultants
• Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors

Education

Engineering degree or diploma (Architect/ Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical)

Degree in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building related fields

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management andat least 3 years of relevant working experienceof the building construction industry

or

• Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects
