Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a driven professional to support the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing daily building contract operations, coordinating planning, reporting and execution in line with the approved construction programme.

You will liaise with stakeholders, participate in briefings and reviews, oversee permits and contract administration, monitor submissions and schedules, and help track costs and progress to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Recognised by BCA, the Board of Architects, or the Professional Engineers Board Singapore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing daily building contract operations in line with the approved construction programme.
• Coordinate and participate in project briefings, presentations, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee permits, authority approvals, contract administration, and site supervision.
• Monitor submissions, clearances, mock-ups, material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and work schedules for timely compliance.
• Track progress, master programme, costs and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and other stakeholders to prepare cash flow, cost reports and progress updates.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors' and consultants' submissions, authority clearances, mock-ups, material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and work schedules to ensure timely compliance.
• Track project progress, master programme, costs, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including Quantity Surveyors, to prepare project cash flow, cost reports, and progress updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline, recognized by BCA, the Board of Architects, or the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• Knowledge of Singapore Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (Construction, Design & Build, and Nominated Sub-Contract) is an advantage.
