Job summary

QING FENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced site professional to support project management on construction sites in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating with the Project Manager, interpreting drawings, and ensuring compliance with BCA regulations.

You will supervise subcontractors and suppliers, manage their scopes, and perform regular site inspections to keep works on schedule while coordinating with consultants and government authorities as required.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a Degree in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management from local universities.
• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, BIM software such as Revit and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support, including interpreting construction drawings.
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations.
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers.
• Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their scope of work for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations.
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with preparatory works and coordination with consultants.
• Liaise with government agencies to obtain site permits/clearances.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors.
