Job summary

PYROTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated project coordinator to prepare, schedule, and monitor engineering projects in a Singapore-based environment.

You will interact with clients daily to translate their needs and represent the project on site, ensuring quality control across budget, schedule, and personnel performance. The role requires 2-3 years in construction, familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction management / Architecture or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in construction industry.
• BCSS Certificate is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Revit & AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office.
• Good in paperwork, able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem solving and address issues proactively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Job Requirement:

• With Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) Certificate is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Revit & AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Words and Office
• Good in handling paper work and able to work under stress and fast paced environment
• Good problem solving skill and able to address potential issues proactively
• Good in communication skill (verbal & written) and interpersonal skill
