Job summary

MTS Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Advanced Services Project Coordinator to coordinate customer installation and upgrade engagements across the APJ region.

You will manage engagements from sales handover through project completion, collaborating with customers, account teams, implementation engineers, quality teams, delivery partners and technical support teams. You will not perform technical installations but will coordinate requirements, resources and timelines.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in project coordination or service delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Comfort coordinating across APJ time zones.
• Experience with CRM, project-management, ticketing, scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer installation and upgrade projects from sales handover through completion.
• Prepare kickoff presentations and coordinate customer kickoff meetings.
• Confirm project scope, prerequisites, responsibilities, timelines and approvals before scheduling.
• Identify missing information, delivery risks, dependencies and approval gaps.
• Coordinate implementation engineers, delivery partners, support teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer communications, schedules, calendar invitations and site-access requirements across APJ time zones.
• Maintain accurate project statuses, deliverables, cases and operational trackers.
• Coordinate remote, multi-site, multi-visit engagements and reschedules.
• Escalate delivery risks and exceptions early with clear next steps.
• Complete project-closure activities, including completion confirmation and customer satisfaction surveys.

Advanced Services Project Coordinator (APJ)
Location: Singapore
Regional Coverage: Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Advanced Services Project Coordinator to coordinate customer installation and upgrade engagements across the APJ region.

This is a customer-facing project coordination and service-delivery role. You will manage engagements from sales handover through project completion, working closely with customers, account teams, implementation engineers, quality teams, delivery partners and technical support teams.

You will not be responsible for performing technical installations or upgrades. However, you should be comfortable learning technical concepts to effectively coordinate project requirements, resources and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer installation and upgrade projects from sales handover through completion.
• Prepare kickoff presentations and coordinate customer kickoff meetings.
• Confirm project scope, prerequisites, responsibilities, timelines and approvals before scheduling.
• Identify missing information, delivery risks, dependencies and approval gaps.
• Coordinate implementation engineers, delivery partners, support teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage customer communications, schedules, calendar invitations and site-access requirements across APJ time zones.
• Maintain accurate project statuses, deliverables, cases and operational trackers.
• Coordinate remote, multi-site, multi-visit and rescheduled engagements.
• Escalate delivery risks and exceptions early, with clear information and recommended next steps.
• Complete project-closure activities, including completion confirmation, Certificate of Completion follow-up, customer satisfaction surveys and returns coordination where applicable.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in project coordination, service delivery, customer operations, logistics, technical administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional customer correspondence.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines.
• Confidence coordinating stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound operational judgement.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies and missing information.
• Comfortable supporting customers and internal teams across different APJ time zones.
• Able to remain calm and professional when schedules, approvals or customer requirements change.
• Comfortable working with CRM, project-management, ticketing, scheduling and workflow systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience coordinating Advanced Services, Professional Services, infrastructure, data-centre or technical installation projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, KeyedIn, ServiceNow, Slack, Google Calendar or similar platforms.
• Experience in process improvement, reporting, operational analysis or workflow automation.
• Basic understanding of order management, finance, service contracts or commercial processes.
• Experience supporting regional customers and distributed delivery teams.
